Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from the Junior suite was amazing, but the room was small and lacked a view. The service was excellent, with helpful staff, but there were issues with using a credit card terminal. The location was superb, close to many attractions and convenient for my meetings. The dining was not included and a bit expensive for what you get. The facilities were good overall, making my stay comfortable.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its beautiful rooms and warm atmosphere. The bathroom might benefit from a larger shower space, though. The service was exceptional, especially Davide and Juliana who were always there to help with a smile. The location was superb, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by great bakeries and shops. The dining experience was tasty and organic, perfect for a Paris visit.
The hotel had a comfortable room with a modern design, but the bathroom was very small. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent with easy access to the Eiffel Tower. The dining experience was basic, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is ideally located close to the Eiffel Tower, making it convenient for both work and leisure visits. The rooms, although spacious, lacked a shower and were not soundproof. The staff, especially EWA, were exceptionally caring and helpful, even organizing a surprise after a proposal on the Eiffel Tower. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff and some room for improvement in room amenities.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with a great Eiffel Tower view, although the rooms are quite small. The service was friendly, with some minor hiccups. The location is superb for both leisure and business travelers, being close to key attractions. The dining options were somewhat simple, but the overall experience was decent.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The 'shabby chic' opulent past glory vibe of the Versailles Suite was interesting, but the upkeep left something to be desired. The small bathroom, with its oversized shower screen, made it feel cramped. However, the friendly service and superb location near the Eiffel Tower added a charming touch to the stay.
